Frei Company provides professional translation and notarization services including:

Certified Translation: Official translation of documents with certification for embassy, court, and government acceptance.

Notarization: Notarial authentication of documents and translations by licensed notaries.

Apostille Guidance: Assistance with apostille processes for international document authentication.

Document Consultation: Expert advice on translation requirements for various purposes.

Rush Services: Expedited translation services for urgent requests.

All services are provided by qualified, certified professionals in accordance with international translation standards (ISO 17100).

As a client, you agree to:

Document Authenticity: Provide genuine, unaltered original documents or certified copies. We are not responsible for translating fraudulent or falsified documents.

Accurate Information: Supply complete and accurate personal information required for certified translations.

Timely Response: Respond promptly to requests for clarification or additional information to avoid delays.

Payment: Pay for services as agreed upon in the quote and within specified payment terms.

Document Collection: Collect completed documents within 30 days of notification. Uncollected documents may be securely destroyed after this period.

Intended Use: Use translated documents only for lawful purposes and as intended.

Translation Quality:

We guarantee accurate, professional translations by certified translators with subject matter expertise.

All certified translations include translator certification and official stamps.

Translations are reviewed for quality assurance before delivery.

Limitations:

Translations reflect the content and meaning of source documents. We are not responsible for errors or issues in original documents.

Some concepts, idioms, or cultural references may not have direct equivalents and will be adapted appropriately.

We do not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice through translations.

Acceptance by third parties (embassies, courts, institutions) is their sole discretion, though our translations meet all standard requirements.

Pricing:

Quotes are provided based on document type, language pair, page count, urgency, and complexity.

Standard rates: 15-30 GEL per page for document translation. Notarization: 10-15 GEL per document.

Rush services incur additional fees (typically 50% surcharge).

Volume discounts available for large projects.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due upon delivery of completed translation unless alternative arrangements are agreed.

We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards.

For large projects, a 50% deposit may be required upfront.

Unpaid invoices incur late payment fees of 5% per month.

Completed documents will not be released until payment is received in full.

Turnaround Times:

Standard: 48-72 hours for most documents (1-5 pages)

Express: 24-48 hours (additional fee)

Rush: Same-day or next-day (additional fee, subject to availability)

Large projects: Custom timeline agreed upon

Delivery Methods:

In-person pickup from our Tbilisi office (free)

Courier delivery within Tbilisi (additional fee)

Registered mail for clients outside Tbilisi (additional fee)

Digital copies via encrypted email (free)

Delays:

We strive to meet all deadlines. However, delays may occur due to document complexity, missing information, or force majeure events.

Clients will be notified immediately of any delays.

Rush fee refunds may be issued for delays in expedited services.

Included Revisions:

Minor corrections or clarifications: Free within 7 days of delivery if error is on our part.

One revision included in Express plan, two in Premium plan.

Additional Charges:

Revisions due to client-provided incorrect information or changes to requirements: Charged at standard rates.

Formatting changes or stylistic preferences not affecting accuracy: May incur additional fees.

Re-certification or re-notarization: Full service fee applies.

Warranty:

We guarantee our translations are accurate and accepted by embassies and courts worldwide.

If a translation is rejected due to our error, we will correct and re-certify it free of charge.

Confidentiality:

All documents and personal information are treated as strictly confidential.

Translators and staff sign non-disclosure agreements.

Documents are stored securely and destroyed after retention period.

Data Protection:

We comply with GDPR and Georgian data protection laws.

Your data is used only for providing translation services.

Third-Party Sharing:

We do not share your documents or information except with translators, notaries, and authorities as necessary for service delivery.

Our Liability:

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those specific services.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, business interruption, or missed opportunities.

Exclusions:

We are not responsible for:

- Rejection of translations by third parties due to their internal policies or interpretation - Delays caused by clients not providing required information - Errors in original documents - Legal outcomes or decisions based on translated documents - Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, war, etc.)

Insurance:

We maintain professional indemnity insurance for translation errors and omissions.
